High Speed Rotary Tablet Machine

The GZP series high-speed rotary tablet machine can be widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in industries such as food, chemical, and electronics. Press various granular raw materials that meet the tablet pressing requirements into tablet form. The production reaches 280000 pieces per hour.

The content of fine powder (greater than 100 mesh) in the compressed dry granular raw materials used in this machine does not exceed 10%, and is not suitable for pressing semi-solid, moist particles, low melting point and easily damp raw materials, and particle free powder.

This machine can not only press circular pieces, but also geometric shaped irregular pieces and double-sided engraving pieces.

1.The machine is equipped with main pressure and pre-pressure devlce, it's extend compression time to meet requirement of good quality tablets;2. With two sets of compression system, pressing wheel and feeding device, can press double tablets, variable frequency speed, filling depth  and thickness are adjustment;
3. The machine equipped with important frequency converter, automatically shutdown due to overload pressure;
4. The dust collector, tablet deduster and conveyor feeder are optional based on your need.
